I really love almond milk in my coffee. I used to make soy lattes, but since I discovered almond milk, I can’t get enough of it. But I just can’t seem to froth the almond milk quite as good as the soy. How do you get your milk to foam like it does in the picture?
I don’t steam the almond, I just warmed it up and mixed it in a high speed blender for 30 secs and in all honesty, the foam doesn’t last very long, but it’s delicious.
